These terms cover your use of morningregular.com. The site is run by Srinivas Madabushi, operating as Morning Regular (“we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
Using the site
You’re welcome to read, share and link to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t break the law using the site, try to disrupt it or get into systems you’re not allowed to, or copy or scrape large parts of it.
Information, not advice
Morning Regular compares coffee subscriptions. Our pages and our price-per-cup calculator are general information to help you compare. They aren’t financial, medical, nutritional or other professional advice. Calculator results are estimates based on the numbers you enter and the assumptions we state on the page. We don’t publish health claims; see our health-claims policy.
Prices and terms change
We take prices, shipping costs, plan terms and certifications from brands’ own websites (or the retailer named, such as Amazon for Starbucks), and for organic status sometimes from the USDA Organic Integrity Database, and show the date we checked them. Brands change these often, sometimes daily. Always confirm the price and terms on the brand’s (or retailer’s) site before you buy. When you buy, you buy from the brand or retailer, and its terms apply.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate, but we can’t promise that everything on it is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will always be available. The site is provided as it is.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses that come from using the site or relying on it, including a price, product or plan that turned out to be different on the brand’s site. Your purchases, deliveries, subscriptions and refunds are between you and the brand. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that can’t legally be limited.

Links to other sites
We link to brands’ websites and other sites, such as Trustpilot for customer reviews. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products, prices or privacy practices. A link isn’t an endorsement.
Our content and others’ trademarks
The writing, tables, comparison data, photos and calculator on Morning Regular belong to us. You can quote a short passage with credit and a link back. Brand and product names and logos belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the products we compare, and that doesn’t mean the brands endorse us or are connected to us. If you believe we’ve used your work or trademark incorrectly, email info@morningregular.com and we’ll look at it.
Corrections
If you spot a mistake or a price that’s changed, please tell us. We correct errors and note them on the page.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what information the site collects (almost none).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site changes. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. If you keep using the site after that, the updated terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
